Large Octagonal
Shelters, with their high roof pitch, can dominate a shaded area.
The tubular steel columns on this structure are small in relationship to
the roof size, allowing the color and texture of the roofing material to
create a strong statement. The Mackinac is an elongated clerestory version of the octagon shelter. See our Clerestory Special section for more details.
Large Octagons have a 5:12 roof pitch |
